Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz (China) Technology Co., Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking a Packaging Operator to assemble packaging materials and perform visual inspections of finished goods to ensure correct quantity, part number and variant.

You will operate packaging equipment strictly according to SOPs, maintain a clean, organized packing area (5S) and comply with ESD, safety and quality standards while coordinating with quality, production and warehousing teams to meet daily output.

Responsibilities

• Assemble packaging materials (boxes, forms, anti-static bags, etc.) as required.
• Perform visual inspection of finished goods to ensure no defects before packaging.
• Ensure all information (quantity, part number, variant, serial number) is correct before sealing and boxing.
• Operate packaging equipment and tools according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain packaging area cleanliness (5S) and comply with ESD, safety, and quality standards
• Report any non-conformances, or material shortages to the line leader.
• Work collaboratively with quality, production, and warehousing teams to meet daily output.
