Job summary

ROHDE & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co. KG in Johor Bahru seeks a packaging operator to support daily production. You will assemble packaging materials, perform visual inspections, and verify quantities, part numbers, variants, and serial numbers before sealing.

You will operate packaging equipment per SOPs, maintain a clean 5S area with ESD, safety, and quality standards, and report non-conformances or shortages to the line leader. You’ll collaborate with QA, production and warehousing to meet daily output.

Responsibilities

• Assemble packaging materials (boxes, forms, anti-static bags, etc.).
• Perform visual inspection of finished goods to ensure no defects before packaging, and verify information such as quantity, part number, variant, and serial number before sealing.
• Operate packaging equipment and tools according to SOPs.
• Maintain packaging area cleanliness (5S) and comply with ESD, safety, and quality standards.
• Report any non-conformances or material shortages to the line leader.
• Work collaboratively with quality, production and warehousing teams to meet daily output.
