Job summary

FEDERAL PACKAGES SDN. BHD. seeks a Graphic Designer to prepare artwork for packaging orders, based on samples or customer input, and to secure customer approval before blocking. The role requires maintaining detailed drawing records and coordinating with block suppliers for fabrication.

You will revise artwork per customer requests, manage ECO updates, and perform related tasks as directed by senior management. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, and strong color/layout sense is essential.

Qualifications

Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of printing & packaging design processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare new artwork for orders from Marketing based on samples, drafts or information from Sales.
Obtain full approval from customer or sales personnel before fabricating the actual size of the printing block.
Create a Master/Printing Card with full details of box designs and new numbers; obtain confirmation from Sales.
Liaise with block suppliers to fabricate printing blocks and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain and repair drawing records (soft and hard copies) and manage ECO updates.
Carry out other tasks as required by Superior or Top Management.
