Job summary

YF PACKAGING SDN. BHD is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer in Merlimau, Melaka to create packaging designs and visual concepts that meet client needs. You will work across print and digital media, ensuring quality from concept to final output.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Graphic Design with 1–2 years of relevant experience and is proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required to interact with Mandarin-speaking

Qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and AutoCAD.
• Willing to work at Merlimau Industrial area (Merlimau, Melaka).
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (needed to interact with Mandarin-speaking customers).
• Ability to work in a team and take feedback constructively.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
• Think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Create visually appealing product packaging aligned with customer requirements and brand identity.
• Provide effective design solutions within budget and manage multiple projects.
• Prepare files for print and digital production with high-quality output (CMYK, resolution, etc.).
• Handle sample printing for customers and ensure high-quality output.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and AutoCAD.

Willing to work at Merlimau Industrial area.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.


• Think creatively and develop new design concept, graphic concept, graphic and layout.


• Creation of visually appealing product packaging that align with customer's requirements and brand identity.


• Provide effective design solutions within budget, efficiently manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery.


• To prepare files for both print and digital production with high-quality output, focus on CMYK color modes, resolution and etc.


• Responsible to handle sample printing to customers and ensuring high-quality output.


• Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
