Job summary

Crop P is seeking a diligent production operator to operate packaging and filling lines, monitor quality, and ensure products meet standards.

You will adjust line speed, handle jams, replenish supplies, pack finished goods, label with dates, clean lines and assemble cartons. Training provided; physical work required; Bahasa Malaysia and English are used on site.

Qualifications

• SRP/SPM qualification required.
• 1–2 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Basic numeracy and the ability to read and record production data.
• Able to read instructions in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging or filling machinery and monitor product quality and conformity to standards, reporting to the Line Leader / Packaging Supervisor.
• Adjust machine flow or speed, stop or reset machines when faults occur, clear jams, and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Replenish jars, caps, labels, cartons and other supplies; inspect products and packaging, remove defects, and check product weights or measurements.
• Pack products into cartons or drums, stack them on pallets and shrink-wrap finished goods when required. Count and record finished and rejected items.
• Apply identification labels and print manufacturing dates and batch numbers; clean containers and packaging lines, and assemble cartons.
