Job summary

GS Paperboard & Packaging Group's Packaging Division (Banting) is seeking an operator to support production lines PP1 & PP4. You will ensure targets are met, feed boards correctly by job order and master card numbers, and assist the line leader with machine setup.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with at least 1 year of experience and a minimum age of 18. The role emphasizes proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the working area.

Qualifications

• English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required.
• SPM plus 1 year of working experience required.
• Candidates should be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machine targets are achievable and follow up.
• Confirm board feed according to job order and master card number.
• Understand workers arrangement and demonstrate basic management skills.
• Assist line leader in setting up machines.
• Operate tying machine.
• Check printing and box quality.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the workplace.
