Job summary

ACCA Careers in Petaling Jaya is seeking a P2P Team Lead to oversee day-to-day purchase-to-pay activities within the Shared Services Centre. You will coordinate invoice processing, ensure timely transactions, and maintain accurate financial records to support daily operations.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, monitor progress, and prepare operational updates for the Accounting & Finance team, driving practical improvements to P2P processes and ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing purchase-to-pay processes including invoice activities.
• Strong understanding of transaction processing within a finance function.
• Ability to review workflows, prioritise tasks and keep activities on track.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction queries.
• Confidence in reviewing data and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ability to identify practical improvements to P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day purchase-to-pay activities to ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate invoice processing activities to maintain clear and complete financial records.
• Review purchase-to-pay workflows and resolve processing issues to support smooth operations.
• Monitor transaction status and follow up on outstanding items to keep processing on schedule.
• Work with internal stakeholders to clarify purchase and invoice information when needed.
• Prepare operational updates on purchase-to-pay activities for the Accounting & Finance department.
• Identify practical process improvements that strengthen accuracy and consistency in P2P work.
