Aurora Talent in Kuala Lumpur seeks a P2P Senior Analyst to join the finance operations team. You will manage the Purchase-to-Pay cycle, ensure timely processing of invoices and payments, and support regional operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in P2P, strong Excel and stakeholder management skills, and Mandarin proficiency for client interactions. This role requires precise accounting practices and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of P2P experience in SSC/BPO environments preferred.
• Diploma/degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Mandarin proficiency is a MUST for regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance activities across the Purchase-to-Pay cycle.
• Ensure invoices, payments and related transactions are processed accurately and on time.
• Follow up on pending items and investigate discrepancies or exceptions.
• Assist with resolving complex P2P issues and stakeholder enquiries.
• Work with internal teams and external parties to resolve operational matters.
• Support finance reporting, reconciliations, audits and documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Assist with finance system changes, testing and automation projects.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
• Manage priorities within timelines and service standards.
• Support regional finance operations covering Australia and New Zealand.
