ACCA Careers in Kuala Lumpur seeks a diligent P2P Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end purchase order activities, supplier data, and approval workflows. You will work closely with procurement and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely processing, resolving issues with a focus on process efficiency and control.

You have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in P2P or shared services, with hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Ariba/Oracle).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related disciplines.
• Business proficiency in Korean (speak, read & write).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms are an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of purchase order processing, invoice matching, and supplier management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchase order creation, amendments, and approval workflows.
• Monitor and resolve purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice-related discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier and procurement master data with high accuracy.
• Handle stakeholder and supplier enquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Support period-end activities, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the P2P function.
