Job summary

Welsend Group is seeking an Overseas Zone HRBP/HRBP Assistant based in Malaysia to help translate business needs into human resource solutions. You will collaborate with COE/ETC, implement HR policies in business units, and drive manpower projects to support business goals and employee development.

The role requires willingness to travel and comfortable working in an overseas context, with English as a working language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, in HR or business management.
• Ability to organize diagnosis and analysis to solve problems, and can analyze trends, correlations and problems behind data.
• Self-driven, strong coordination, serious and responsible, have affinity, can adapt to rapid development of the company’s work rhythm.
• Can accept business travel, adapt to the rhythm and culture of overseas work, English can be used as a working language.

Responsibilities

• Understand the company's strategy and business logic, and be able to translate the human problems in the business pain points into specific human needs;
• Pay attention to the human-related needs in the company's business development, connect with COE/ETC, and organize and issue solutions;
• Promote the implementation of human resources policies in business departments to ensure the standardization of human work processes;
• Organize or participate in manpower-related projects to support the achievement of business goals and help employees grow.
