Job summary

Robert Bosch Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Business Analyst (Overhead Costs Controller) to manage cost center planning, budgeting and reporting for overhead. You will analyze risks and drive improvements, while overseeing project budgeting and period-end closures.

The ideal candidate has a 3–5 year track record in overhead cost planning in a multinational manufacturing setting, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA costing/controlling experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related discipline.
• Min 3–5 years in a multinational manufacturing environment; at least 3 years in overhead cost planning, budgeting and controlling.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, especially Costing/Controlling modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cost center planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting for overhead.
• Identify and analyze risks and provide improvement solutions.
• Manage project system budgeting and control.
• Verify purchase requisitions and control spending.
• Ensure timely period-end closing.
• Manage and calculate development project costs.
• Prepare and submit monthly overhead reporting for the business.
