Job summary

Little Caesars in Subang Jaya is seeking an entry-level restaurant crew to support daily operations and ensure fast, friendly service. No previous experience required; training will be provided, and you will work in a dynamic team environment.

You will handle shifts, weekends and public holidays, with opportunities to learn food safety standards and improve customer service skills while contributing to smooth opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational and service standards.
• Ensure all products are prepared and served according to Little Caesars quality, recipe and food safety standards.
• Monitor sales, product quality, customer service and overall restaurant performance.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily operational checks.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and organization.
• Prepare and submit required daily operational reports.
