Job summary

Little C Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a capable restaurant leader to oversee daily operations, supervise and motivate the team, and ensure high standards of service, food safety, and cleanliness across the shift.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is punctual and responsible, can work in a fast‑paced environment, and is willing to learn; training will be provided as you grow with the team, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational and service standards.
• Ensure all products are prepared and served according to Little Caesars quality, recipe and food safety standards.
• Monitor sales, product quality, customer service and overall restaurant performance.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily operational checks.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and organization.
• Prepare and submit required daily operational reports.
