Job summary

CCK Consolidated Holdings Berhad seeks an Outlet In Charge for Sibu/Sarikei/Song to assist the store manager, plan daily operations, and ensure accurate payment collection. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer relation skills, and supervision of hygiene and safety standards at the workplace.

You will oversee retail crews, coordinate work plans, and reconcile stock cards to maintain smooth day-to-day operations across multiple outlets in Sarawak.

Qualifications

• Possess good communication skill in understanding user requirement and support activities.
• Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
• Minimum STPM & above in related field.

Responsibilities

• Substitute in absence of store manager.
• Assist in preparing work plan to ensure smooth store operation.
• Ensure efficiency in payment collection.
• Satisfactory knowledge in product.
• Maintain good relationship with customers.
• Supervise hygiene & Safety in accordance to standard practice at work place.
• Supervise retail crews to achieve smoothness in daily operation.
• Review and reconcile stock card.
