Job summary

Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer (Assembly Outgoing) to ensure outbound quality meets requirements. You will oversee daily buy-offs, raise SSRs, and drive MRB risk assessments and lot disposition decisions.

You will coordinate quality system activities, manage a team of technicians, and develop standards and documentation to support continuous improvement and NPI-related checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in quality engineering or related field.
• Able to work effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily outgoing buy-off to ensure product quality and customer requirements.
• Raise and follow up on Stop Shipment Reports (SSR) and MRB risk assessments.
• Coordinate quality system activities including containment, risk assessment and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Monitor and report resources and samples; update daily product shippable stock report.
• Manage a team of technicians/operators in product and process inspection activities.
• Develop standards, processes and documentation for continual improvement.
• Support NPI, SBR, SIIR sample checks and customer claim investigations.
• Publish the daily buy-off stock report to Planning for shipment arrangements.
