Job summary

Maju Food Cold Storage Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor, is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to expand local business and strengthen customer relationships.

You will identify new clients, conduct on-site meetings, negotiate deals, and contribute to sales strategies while promoting our cold storage and logistics solutions.

The role requires seafood industry experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office; a competitive package is offered with commission and company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2 years of seafood industry experience (minimum).
• Proven outdoor/field sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Maju Food Cold Storage Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time position is based in Puchong, Selangor and involves generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and reaching out to potential new customers in the local area.
• Arranging and conducting in-person sales meetings to understand customer needs and present our product and service offerings.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Providing feedback to the sales management team on market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Assisting with the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Must have experience 2 years at Seafood industry (At least).

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record in an outdoor/field sales role, preferably within the food/cold storage industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to overall sales goals
• Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
