You will identify customer needs, prepare quotations, coordinate with logistics, and deliver excellent service while representing Actgen Industry Sdn. Bhd., a company within the ACO Group.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Mandarin language is a plus for stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate to close sales.
Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents accurately.
Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Monitor order status, follow up on outstanding deliveries, and resolve customer issues promptly.
Ensure product availability and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and market research to identify new sales opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
