Job summary

Safetyware Group in Malaysia is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to grow our OSH product and services across Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. You will manage client visits, quotations, and end-to-end account relationships reporting to the Selangor sales office.

You’ll identify prospective clients, present OSH offerings (PPE, safety training, compliance solutions), and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Travel with own transport is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (OSH preferred)
• Own transport and willingness to travel within Selangor/KL
• Valid driving license
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable with direct client-facing sales and cold outreach
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit prospective clients (factories, construction sites, industrial operators)
• Present and quote OSH products/services (PPE, safety training, compliance solutions)
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, after-sales follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of visits, pipeline, and client accounts in CRM/reporting system
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, finance) to fulfill orders
