Job summary

Goodnite Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Telemarketing Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to handle outbound calls, present campaigns, and grow the customer base. You will use provided leads and databases to generate opportunities and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Ideal candidates are target driven, comfortable with volume calling, and able to follow up with leads to close conversions. This role supports the Telemarketing team in executing sales and customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads and databases.
• Promote products, services, and ongoing campaigns to generate sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
• Achieve assigned call volume, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Support the Telemarketing team in executing sales and customer engagement campaigns.
