Job summary

HL Assurance Pte Ltd is inviting candidates for an outbound sales and customer service role in Malaysia. You will handle pre-sales, sales and post-sale support while building lasting relationships with customers.

The role requires 3+ years in outbound sales or call centre settings, with English and Mandarin skills preferred and a basic familiarity with CRM systems. Five-day work week with basic + incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/ SPM with at least 3 years of relevant work experience doing outbound sales.
• Insurance certification (GI – BCP & PGI) is an advantage.
• Energetic, outgoing personality and service oriented.
• Independent and a fast learner with initiative.
• Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin (advantage but not mandatory).
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and ongoing customer relationship management.
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and address questions or issues.
• Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
• Manage customers’ enquiries or policies to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Use provided sales scripts to drive sales and respond to rejections.
• Gather and document customer information, payments, purchases and call outcomes in CRM.
