Job summary

SEA HORSE SERVICES (PMT) is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to enforce OSHA compliance and oversee on-site safety procedures across projects in Malaysia.

You will conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and daily safety inspections, identify hazards, perform HIRARC, and investigate incidents to prepare safety reports. Coordinate with Site Agent and authorities, ensure PPE usage, and maintain safety records and permits for continuous compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in site safety and OSHA/JKR compliance.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Strong incident investigation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce OSHA compliance and site safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and daily safety inspection.
• Identify hazards and perform HIRARC.
• Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports.
• Implement and monitor site safety and health requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, JKR safety provisions and method statements.
• Identify hazards and implement control measures, especially marine risks.
• Maintain safety records, permits and incident reports.
• Coordinate with Site Agent and JKR on safety matters.
• Ensure use of PPE and safe work practices at all times.
