The role involves daily walkthroughs, hazard checks, PPE control, onboarding support, and coordination with the Emergency Response Team. Ideal candidates have a minimum of SPM, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia. Qualifikationen

• Possess at least SPM.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the manufacturing industries.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
• Possess good command of spoken and written skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate and interact well with all levels.
• Pleasant personality, resourceful, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Support Company and employees in observing Malaysia safety regulations (OSH Act 1994; Environmental Quality Act 1974).
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and hazard checks in the workplace.
• Maintain routine safety and workplace inspection checklists.
• Assist in onboarding, safety orientations, and toolbox briefings for staff.
• Monitor PPE supply and issuance; ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Lead or support Emergency Response Team activities and incident investigations when required.
• Report safety conditions and incidents to management and relevant authorities.
