Job summary

NXP Semiconductors Malaysia is seeking an SCO - OSAT Factory Planner to optimize production schedules and material flow in our OSAT factories, balancing capacity with demand and inventory to ensure timely delivery.

You will develop plans, analyze forecasts, collaborate with OSAT partners, manage inventory, and use SAP and planning tools to drive continuous improvement and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, factory planning, or supply chain management within the semiconductor industry, preferably with OSAT exposure.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly assembly and test operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive production plans for OSAT factories, aligning with supply chain strategies.
• Analyse demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and material availability to create build plans and commit schedules.
• Collaborate closely with OSAT partners to monitor production progress and implement recovery plans.
• Manage and track inventory levels at OSATs to balance stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Work cross-functionally with S&OP, Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics to resolve supply chain issues.
• Utilize SAP and planning tools to generate, monitor, and adjust production schedules.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory health.
