Job summary

ZALORA Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager of Organisation Effectiveness to lead the design and delivery of policies, frameworks, and strategies strengthening organisation design, headcount planning, and internal communications.

This role is strategic and hands-on, partnering with the Senior Management Team to build a future-ready organisation with modernised People & Culture policies, disciplined headcount planning, efficient organisation design, and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organisational Development or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with headcount planning, organisation design and change management.
• Proven ability to lead headcount and payroll planning cycles with Finance and Total Rewards.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with pivot tables, dashboards, and financial modelling.
• Strong change management credentials; Prosci/ADKAR or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual headcount planning cycle aligned to payroll budget and business priorities.
• Drive accurate headcount forecasting using business plans, attrition trends, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain a cost management tool for headcount and payroll implications.
• Present headcount and cost reports to the Senior Management Team, highlighting risks and recommendations.
• Partner with Finance to ensure workforce plans are financially sustainable and aligned with strategy.
• Review and refine organisation structure for efficiency, agility, and scalability.
• Design role clarity frameworks, spans and layers, and health diagnostics.
• Lead change management and internal communications for key initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR COE teams to deliver integrated people strategies.
