Job summary

EY in Malaysia is seeking a skilled finance professional to join a global finance team focused on cash flow management and business performance. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class Order-to-Cash services, driving collections and improving working capital while strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end O2C, SME support, receivables monitoring, and aiding audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting or Controlling function.
• Experience working in an MNC, shared service center or Malaysian Public listed company is an added advantage.
• Experience working with SAP ERP and / or SAP BW tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and related activities.
• Serve as SME for O2C processes and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Monitor receivables, aging balances, and collection activities to drive timely resolution.
• Support process improvement, implementation and transition initiatives across regions.
• Support audits with documentation and responses to requirements.
• Ensure processes and controls comply with client policies and regulatory guidelines.

Join a global finance team at the forefront of cash flow management and business performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions to deliver best-in-class Order-to-Cash services, driving timely collections, improving working capital, and strengthening customer relationships. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence and help our clients achieve sustainable business growth.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Treasury Back Office, and Intercompany Reconciliation activities.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for O2C processes and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, unallocated cash, aging balances, and collection activities, driving timely resolution and corrective actions.
• Support local, regional, and global process improvement, implementation, and transition initiatives
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and responding to audit requirements.
• Ensure all processes, controls, and documentation comply with client policies, regulatory requirements, and statutory guidelines.
