Job summary

Hilton Kuala Lumpur seeks an Order Taker (In-Suite Dining) to welcome guests and deliver memorable in-room dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely, accurate service that meets Hilton standards.

Responsibilities include handling calls, recommending menu items, and ensuring correct billing. Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays is required to support the hotel’s 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in In-Room Dining, Food & Beverage, or luxury hotel operations is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
