Job summary

STERIS is seeking an Order Administrator to coordinate customer order processing, production scheduling and related administrative tasks for Gamma and X-Ray processing services. You will ensure timely release of orders, manage documentation and maintain accurate system records to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in order administration, production planning or production coordination.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Experience using ERP/MRP and production scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise shift and routine activities, monitor performance.
• Supervise Gamma processing operations and align with schedule.
• Coordinate production workflow and optimise resources in production.
• Analyse data, investigate issues and recommend action.
• Coordinate with QA/Rad Tech on validation exercises per SOP.
• Ensure materials for production are identified and accessible.
• Train Production Assistants as required and ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and monitor safety behavior.
• Schedule working hours and manage general employee discipline.
• Generate customer orders for Gamma and X-Ray processing; ensure timely QA release.
