Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a dedicated team member for order management and customer support in its Malaysia operations. You will handle data entry, respond to inquiries, and liaise with Sales, Supply Chain and AR to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of customer orders within 24 hours of receipt.
• Provide phone and email support for order management inquiries and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and AR to address order issues and credits.
• Support LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
