Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Order Management professional to handle end-to-end order processing, coordination with logistics, and accurate documentation in a multinational shared services setup.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’experience in order management or related functions, strong SAP skills, and Mandarin language proficiency is a plus for supporting China stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Order Management/Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related operations.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) or order management processes.
• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to support China-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order management activities, including processing, delivery coordination, customer inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Process and maintain customer orders using SAP.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, procurement and commercial teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Communicate order updates and resolve exceptions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, master data and transaction records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Order Management/Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related operational functions
• SAP experience is required
• Experience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) or order management processes
• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to support China-based stakeholders
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a multinational (MNC) or shared services environment is an advantage
