Pall Corporation, part of the Danaher family, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support end-to-end order management in Petaling Jaya.

You will manage orders from entry to delivery, collaborate with sales, distribution and manufacturing, and apply knowledge of compliance and commercial operations. Italian language skills are required, with work hours aligned to Italy time zones.

Qualifications

• Italian language skills and ability to work Italy working hours (2PM-11PM MYT(+8) / Italian public holidays).
• Computer literacy with MS Office.
• Clear verbal and written communication, strong organizational and customer-centric mindset.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the direct communication with the customer and various departments within the business to support end to end customer order management. In this role you can grow into a subject matter expert whilst improving your knowledge of international business. This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be located in Petaling Jaya.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

• - Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills Clear verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset

Language skills (Italian) and ability to work Italy working hours (2PM-11PM MYT(+8) ) /Italian public holidays

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: ERP knowledge with SAP preferred Professional diploma/degree, or equivalent years of experience
