User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a senior Oracle HCM Cloud specialist to lead Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Absence Management configurations. The ideal candidate has deep product knowledge and hands-on implementation experience across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM cycles.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize HCM processes, security, data lookups, and integrations using tools like Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, and OTBI.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Absence Management.
• 3 full implementation cycles in Oracle Cloud HCM Core (functional and technical).
• Hands-on experience with Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, Git workflows.
• Experience configuring lookups, value sets, work structures, security, HCM Process Designer, BIP, OTBI, HDL, and Spreadsheet Loader for Core module.
• Advantage: Oracle Agent Studio, bi-directional payroll interfaces, REST API, SOAP.

Task Description: At least 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefit and Absence Management

At least 3 full implementation cycle experience in Oracle Cloud HCM for Core module in both functional configuration and technical development.

Hands-on experience in Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, Git workflows (branching, merging, resolving conflicts). Manage lookups, values sets, work structures, security, area of responsibility, configuration of HCM Process, designer studio, BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, HDL and Spreadsheet loader specifically on Core module.

Added advantages on Oracle Agent studio, bi-directional interfaces for payroll, experience with REST API, SOAP, etc
