Qualifications

• Be registered with the Cayman Islands Nursing and Midwifery Council.
• Minimum of five years post-graduate OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scrub and circulating nurse in the operating theatre, ensuring patient safety and aseptic technique.
• Coordinate case booking, setup, and turnover for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeon and team, maintain OR equipment and stock levels.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and contribute to surgical safety checks.
• Mentor less experienced staff and participate in ongoing professional development.
