Job summary

Tech Harvest Capital is seeking scrup nurses for operating theatre scrub roles in Kuala Lumpur. The position requires solid OR experience, sterile technique expertise, and teamwork with surgeons and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include instrument prep, maintaining OR sterility, assisting during procedures, and documenting equipment usage while ensuring safety standards and reliable equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in nursing or related field.
• Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of operating room or surgical experience.
• Thorough knowledge of surgical procedures and sterilization techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instruments and equipment required for surgical procedures.
• Ensure the cleanliness, sterility and functionality of instruments and the operating room.
• Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgeries.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment and implants used.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and clinical protocols.
• Provide technical support in the maintenance and operation of medical equipment.
• Communicate with the medical team to ensure all clinical needs are met.
