Job summary

Sunway Medical Centre Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Optometrist to join the Eye Centre. You will perform comprehensive eye examinations, assess ocular health, and contribute to patient care plans in collaboration with ophthalmologists and nurses.

With 3–5 years of clinical experience, you will educate patients, support pre- and post-operative care, and participate in quality initiatives to maintain high standards of safety and service delivery in a busy private hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on eye conditions and care practices.
• Perform diagnostic ocular procedures to support evaluations.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and nurses for patient management.
• Support Eye Centre operations and maintain equipment readiness.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
