Job summary

OPTIMAX EYE SPECIALIST CENTRE in Malaysia invites qualified optometrists to join our expanding team. You will perform vision tests, analyze results, and provide patient-centered eye care while promoting our eye health services.

Fresh graduates are welcome; travel and own transport are expected. Fluency in English plus Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred to serve our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Optometry required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vision tests and analyze results.
• Diagnose eye conditions and recommend treatment.
• Provide pre and post-operative care to eye surgery patients.
• Promote eye health through counseling to patients.
• Liaise with ophthalmologists and medical practitioners.
• Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
• Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face to face and written communication.
• Promote and sell eye healthcare services to achieve targets.

Diagnosing eye conditions and recommending treatment.

Provide pre and post operative care to patients undergoing eye surgery.

Promote eye health by counseling patients.

Liaising with internal/external Ophthalmologist or medical practitioners.

Identify and develop sources of potential clients.

Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face to face and written communication.

Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.

Job Requirements:

Possess Bachelor Degree in Optometry.
