Job summary

Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad is seeking a dedicated Associate for the OWOW program based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan. You will assist in scheduling activities, coordinate Operations meetings, and help maintain performance boards across the network.

You will conduct trainings, follow up on coaching sessions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. A data-minded candidate with strong teamwork will thrive while learning Lean and Industry 4.0 concepts as part of our Asia Pacific

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Comfortable using Excel; exposure to Power BI, dashboards, data visualization tools, digitalization, automation, or Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus.
• Willing to work on the shop floor and be based at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling activities and overseeing the OWOW program.
• Coordinate meetings with Operations teams and prepare meeting rooms.
• Develop performance boards, information flows, and communication walls.
• Conduct trainings and follow up on coaching sessions.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects.
