Job summary

MOH Pharmaceutical Technologies is seeking personnel for Petaling to perform production tasks aligned with SOPs and GMP requirements. You will operate machinery, verify materials, and manage packaging stages while adhering to safety standards.

Experience in a production environment and in the food, beverage, health products sector is advantageous. The role focuses on meeting daily targets and maintaining product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities according to schedule and SOPs.
• Operate production machinery according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure materials and products used are correct before starting production.
• Perform weighing, mixing, filling, packaging, labelling and related tasks.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
• Report any machine issues or process problems to supervisor immediately.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Carry out cleaning tasks during and after production per procedures.
• Wear prescribed PPE during tasks.

MOH Pharmaceutical Technologies - Petaling

Responsible for carrying out production activities according to schedule, work instructions, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, HACCP, and company quality and safety standards to ensure production processes run smoothly, safely and achieve set targets.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out production activities according to schedule and instructions given by Team Leader or Supervisor
• Operate production machinery and equipment according to SOP and established work instructions
• Ensure raw materials, packaging materials and products used are correct before starting the production process
• Carry out production processes such as weighing, mixing, filling, packaging, labelling and other related processes according to assigned tasks
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved without compromising product quality and safety
• Immediately inform Team Leader or Supervisor if machine damage, process problems or unusual conditions occur during production
• Ensure work area, machinery, equipment and tools are always kept clean and organised
• Carry out cleaning activities before, during and after production process according to established procedures
• Wear prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout task execution

About you
