Job summary

Synergy Forms & Media Sdn Bhd is hiring an Operator Kilang to join the production team. The role involves operating production machinery, loading/unloading jumbo rolls, and ensuring product quality and safety. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates / No experience required (Training provided)
• Basic reading, math, and color distinction skills
• Ability to communicate in local languages or basic English
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to machine operation and roll handling
• Willing to work shift rotations, overtime (OT), or as-needed schedules based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and handle jumbo roll loading/unloading
• Ensure machine cleanliness, smooth operation, and workplace safety.
• Achieve daily output targets while maintaining high product quality standards.
• Perform basic product quality checks, including color distinction
• Prepare materials by applying stickers on cartons for standby
• Escalate daily operational or equipment issues promptly to superiors
• Follow company instructions, safety regulations and operational policies at all times
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by superiors
