Job summary

Role Description

The Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bukit Mertajam. The Operator will be responsible for running and monitoring production machinery, ensuring that equipment operates safely and efficiently according to established procedures. Daily tasks include setting up machines, loading materials, inspecting products for quality, and performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments. The Operator will record production data, follow safety and housekeeping standards, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets. This role may also involve assisting with routine maintenance, reporting equipment issues promptly, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing or production equipment, with basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading work instructions, labels, and recording production data.
