Xindeco IOT Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position is a crucial part of our production operations, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor various production machines and equipment to manufacture high-quality products
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to maintain optimal performance
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
• Assist with other duties as required to support the overall manufacturing operations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar production role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issues
