Job summary

Flex Malaysia is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to support training programs for Prai, Penang operations. The role focuses on program management, coordination, and coaching to ensure associates possess the skills required for their positions.

You will deliver training, evaluate effectiveness, and maintain strong relationships with client-group leadership to continuously improve the curriculum. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and prefers prior training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Prior training experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver training and assess effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Delivers new hire training and other training programs to assigned client groups.
• Evaluates training to ensure effectiveness and that associates have the necessary skills.
• Maintains relationships with management liaisons to incorporate feedback into curriculum.
• Conducts classroom and on-the-job training for operators and technicians.
• Prepares training calendar and coordinates logistics.
• Ensures operators are trained and certified per process requirements on time.
• Monitors certification and re-certification activities.
