Job summary

Celestica is seeking an Operations Training Analyst in Kulim, Malaysia. You will design and deliver training programs for manufacturing staff and manage certification requirements, ensuring operators stay trained and certified as processes change.

You will compile documentation, report status to managers, and support ISO and customer audits. Two to four years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree are expected, with strong presentation and coaching skills to enable effective knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to four years relevant experience.
• Experience with ISO and certification processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and provides training packages for the manufacturing organization.
• Meets with process owners to define and create new certification requirements.
• Ensures all operators receive appropriate training and retraining when processes are changed.
• Ensures trainers and operators have proper certifications and are re-certified in line with the site plan/policy.
• Documents details of Qualification/Certification requirements.
• Reports certification status to production managers; audits the certification process for compliance and addresses issues of concern.
• Leads ISO and customer auditors through training procedures
