Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members to meet performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of call center associates and monitor attendance per policy and legal requirements.
• Coach direct reports regularly to ensure performance metrics are met weekly.
• Identify performance gaps, develop action plans, and implement corrective actions up to termination.
• Ensure delivery of services meets KPIs and financial targets; communicate expectations clearly.
• Provide subject matter expertise on escalated calls and lead team meetings to share information.
