Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting customer service attendants such as Cashiers, Storekeeper and Cleaners.
• Ensuring outstanding customer service and resolving customer complaints.
• Managing ALL report reconciliation, continuously to learn from Direct Superior on all.
• Microsoft Office usage for daily tasks.
• Monitoring fuel stock levels and coordinating deliveries.
• Ensuring the station compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
