Naluri is seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to own and drive cross-functional projects that streamline internal processes. You’ll manage systems end-to-end, from project management infrastructure to client data reporting, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Product to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of operations, analytics, or project management experience.

• Hands-on with data and dashboards; familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Metabase is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to own and drive cross-functional projects that streamline and optimize Naluri's internal processes. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution - you'll take ownership of systems and workflows end-to-end, not just support them.

You'll lead initiatives that directly impact business performance - from project management infrastructure and CRM optimization to client data reporting and strategy operations - working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting directly on progress and outcomes.

This is an individual-contributor role with real autonomy: you'll be expected to identify problems, propose solutions, and see them through to implementation with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Own ClickUp administration and optimization - design workflow structures, task hierarchies, and reporting views that scale with the organization, and train teams on adoption.
• Manage CRM cleanup, governance, and optimization (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for sales and marketing, including setting and enforcing data-hygiene standards.
• Drive client strategy and reporting processes end-to-end, including syncing data across platforms (HubSpot, ClickUp, Metabase, etc.) and building dashboards and reports that give leadership clear, timely visibility.
• Independently identify operational process gaps, diagnose root causes, and design and implement recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Client Strategy, Product) to plan, communicate, and roll out process changes smoothly, managing change adoption.
• Define and track operational KPIs, flagging risks and proposing corrective action before they become issues.
• Take ownership of ad hoc operational and analytical projects, translating ambiguous requests into structured, actionable plans.

What Success Looks Like

• Operational systems (ClickUp, HubSpot, reporting pipelines) are well-structured, well-documented, and adopted consistently across teams.
• Dashboards and reports are accurate, timely, and trusted by leadership for decision-making.
• Process gaps are caught early and resolved through changes you've designed and driven - not just flagged.
• Cross-functional stakeholders see you as a reliable owner of operational initiatives, not just a coordinator.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, business analytics, project management, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Strong project management skills - proven ability to independently scope, sequence, and drive multi-stakeholder projects to completion against deadlines.
• Data proficiency - confident working with spreadsheets, cleaning and structuring datasets, and building/interpreting dashboards; hands‑on experience with tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, or Metabase is a strong plus. Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills - able to break down ambiguous, complex processes, identify root‑causes, and design practical solutions.
• High attention to detail, particularly when working with data, system configurations, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to influence and align cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
