Job summary

Naluri is a Southeast Asia–based digital health therapeutics company focused on mental health and chronic disease. We are seeking a Programme Manager to drive end-to-end execution of large-scale B2B health programmes in Malaysia, while cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, rigorous stakeholder management, and ownership of programme outcomes, with a culture that values customer value

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in project management, consulting, management trainee or client/account management roles.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and nurture strong professional relationships.
• Highly organized, comfortable working with ambiguity and deadlines.
• A strong bias to action, with a passion for driving meaningful change and results.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in healthcare, digital health or B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale B2B health programmes in line with client milestones.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with corporate clients, serving as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product & Engineering, Ops, Business Development) to deliver seamless, impactful solutions.
• Proactively identify blockers, take initiative to resolve challenges, and move projects forward with urgency and ownership.
• Track, analyse and report programme performance and health outcomes to both internal and client stakeholders.
• Co-create strategies to improve user engagement, participation and overall programme success.

• Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000/month
• Type: Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing
