Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to support production and quality systems. You will maintain inventory records, process production jobs, and ensure data accuracy across weekly and monthly cycles.

In this role you will collaborate with the indoor sales team, prepare SOPs, manage calibration and quality documentation, and assist in warehouse operations and supplier quality issues. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in software testing or development are

Qualifications

• Entry-level roles may require basic technical familiarity.
• Mid-to-senior roles often demand 2+ years of experience in software testing or development.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with others.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update loose balance inventory records.
• Record production jobs involving loose balance materials to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Key in production jobs weekly/monthly basis.
• Assess customer cutting requirements against available machine capacity and operational capability.
• Liaise with the Indoor Sales team regarding stock availability and customer cutting requirements for production planning.
• Work together with Production Executive to Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
• Maintain calibration records and related quality documentation prior to OSHA requirement.
• Record maintenance/repair record for all machine.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues.
• Prepare supplier complaint reports and support corrective action implementation.
• Assist in manage daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist stock in/out for warehouse consumables while ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.
• Assist in plan manpower requirements and optimize workforce utilization to meet production schedules.
• Assist in monitor the operational status of warehouse equipment, including overhead cranes, band saws, laser cutting machines, and table saws.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Business Administration / Management / Logistics / Supply Chain
