Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistic Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to distribution, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance in Malaysia. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to keep operations smooth.

The ideal candidate has a logistics degree, at least 3 years in manufacturing, strong bilingual communication, and proficiency in ERP, MS Office, and data visualization to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain from procurement to warehousing to distribution.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely deliveries, resolving delays promptly.
• Track KPIs: delivery time, accuracy and cost per shipment.
• Lead logistics teams, set targets and train staff for efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with transporters to reduce costs while maintaining service.
• Analyze logistics data and generate regular reports.
• Drive continuous process improvements based on insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (customs, MITI, Jabatan Pertanian, KKM).
• Manage risks from delays, damages, or disruptions.
• Follow company food safety and regulatory guidelines.
