Job summary

HICOM-Teck See Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a liaison between the shop floor and upper management to ensure smooth operations and continuous process improvements. You will plan incoming materials, manage storage, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome), proficiency in office software, strong communication, and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all activities related to incoming materials, including receiving and proper storage in the warehouse.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by implementing Just-in-Time (JIT) practices to prevent stock shortages while avoiding overstocking.
• Monitor and reconcile material variances between physical inventory and system records to prevent discrepancies, miscalculations, and financial losses.
• Ensure both office and shop floor environments are well-organized, with all relevant information maintained in compliance with management standards.
• Act as a representative for both shop floor and management, effectively communicating issues, challenges, and feedback to facilitate resolution and alignment.
