Qualifications

• Proficiency in operations and operations management, with a strong focus on process efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and team coordination.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
